Return Policy

At The Healthy Hound, we want you (and your dog) to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’ve received the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, or there’s another issue with your delivery, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to sort it quickly—whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or finding another solution that works for you.

Because we sell perishable items, we can’t accept returns on most of our products unless they arrive damaged or there's been a packing mistake. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just flick us a message and we'll let you know.

 

How to Contact Us

Email us at kat@thehealthyhound.nz with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if something’s arrived damaged. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can—usually within 1–2 working days.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to show up in your account.

Change of Mind

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. That said, if you’re not sure about something before you buy, feel free to ask—we’re happy to help you choose the right products for your dog.
