Shipping Policy

Lightning-Fast Processing

Your order is our priority. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll get another notification.

We’ve got your back! If there are any potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond The Healthy Hound’s control, you’ll be the first to know.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

At checkout, you'll see the calculated shipping rates for your order. Straightforward and transparent.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship domestically.


Track Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Give it 48 hours for the tracking info to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us immediately at kat@thehealthyhound.nz with your name and order number. We’ll sort it out for you.

Refunds and Returns

If your order arrives damaged, don't wait. Email us at kat@thehealthyhound.nz with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a satisfactory solution.
